Opened my 9 year old Bullfrog tub yesterday afternoon to check the water level. Water was ice cold, and all it would do is hum when I pushed the buttons. Called Mike and he passed me on to Shane who traveled to our farm by 9:00 this morning to troubleshoot. He quickly diagnosed a failed heater and a shortlist of other repairs. Drained the tub, fixed it on the spot and I’m happy to report the temperature is back up to a perfect 101 Celsius. Outstanding product, as this is the first repair we have ever made on our tub, and I just can’t say enough about your customer service.
